More than 40 researchers from 24 countries established a committee in the form of a COST action for managing the development of a new generation of guidelines and recommendations to predict and evaluate the performance of cement-based materials and structures in Europe by integrating the most recent developments in experimental and numerical approaches. Particular focus will be on concrete performance at early ages and corresponding service life.
