New concrete block making plant for a versatileproduct range

The German family-owned company Tamara Grafe Beton GmbH was founded in the year 1903 and produces at four works in the Dresden region. Each of Grafe Beton GmbH’s four works specialises in a certain product group. The Schönfeld factory concentrates on the manufacture of concrete products such as functional paving, decorative paving, ecological paving and surfacing systems, concrete slabs, road construction and kerbstone systems, retaining wall systems and protection systems for embankments, walls and noise. Cast stone slabs, step systems, seating elements, stadium steps, decorative elements and all kinds of special element e.g. for the exterior design of schools, kindergartens, skate parks and seat parks are manufactured at the Kleinkmehlen factory. In addition, the centre for the treatment of natural stone, mainly marble and granite is located at this factory. Ready-mix concrete is manufactured at the factories in Stölpchen and Pirna. Further products of the Stölpchen factory are precast manhole elements, fat separators, biological sewage treatment plants, collecting pits and manholes for service connections. The factory in Pirna serves mainly as the sales headquarters for all products of Grafe Beton GmbH. Thanks to its own vehicle pool with HGVs, including loading crane, concrete mixer trucks and concrete pumps, Grafe Beton can offer its customer a full service. The skills of its employees, over 100 years of experience and the high level of technical equipment of its works have made Grafe Beton well-known in the region as a capable, reliable partner.
