On 1 January 2017, Avermann made the former company divisions Precast Technology and Environmental Technology independent. The entrepreneurial reason for this is the restructuring of the Avermann Group, as a result of which the Precast Technology and Environmental Technology divisions, which were in any case already organisationally separate, will be independent in future and can act even more assertively in the market.
