New Concrete Block Production Line at Gala-Lusit Facility in Velten

galabeton is a well-known brand name for professional outdoor architecture in commercial and public spaces. Architects and public contracting bodies, as well as garden and landscape designers, appreciate the aesthetic, functional diversity of the galabeton portfolio that enables them to make quality creations with atmospheric flair. Products bearing the galabeton brand name are manufactured in the Gala-Lusit concrete block production facilities and are sold via direct means or through specialised construction material channels. These Gala-Lusit concrete block production facilities operate a machine park with 22 state-of-the-art concrete processing machines at several sites for manufacturing concrete products. At the Velten factory close to Berlin, a complete new concrete block production line was commissioned in the spring of this year. Zenith Maschinenfabrik GmbH from Neunkirchen, Germany, was responsible for supplying most components on both the dry and wet sides. The centrepiece of the new concrete block system is the Single Pallet Zenith 1500 Machine with servo-vibration and automated mould changing system.
