Plurial Novilia, a subsidiary of the Action Logement Group and manager of more than 39,000 housing units in the Grand Est region and Île-de-France (Seine-et-Marne and Essonne), has announced the inauguration of ViliaSprint² in Bezannes (Marne department). This multi-family building comprises 12 social housing units, with both the load-bearing structure and all walls produced directly on site using 3D concrete printing. The building offers a total floor area of 800 m² across three floor levels.
