In seguito all’incremento della domanda di prefabbricati cementizi realizzati da Cerramientos Industriales Los Pedroches, nell’anno 2005 a Villanueva de la Reina presso Jaén, Spagna, sono stati avviati i lavori per la realizzazione di un altro stabilimento di produzione. Cerramientos Industriales Los Pedroches fornisce i propri prodotti ad imprese di costruzione e immobiliari in tutta la Spagna, incluse le Baleari, le Isole Canarie e il Portogallo.
