Contracting customers are continually lodging complaints about discolourations (at specific points or across wider areas) in cement-bonded construction materials. These find their origin, amongst other things, in efflorescence, brownish discolourations, vibration stains, etc. Their corresponding damage patterns and the causes for these will be presented in this article.
