At the end of 2008/beginning of 2009, Russia was one of the countries most strongly affected by the financial crisis and the resulting world economic crisis. Within the shortest space of time all investments were stopped and postponed for an indefinite time. Since the end of 2009 the page has been turned again. Following the first signs of a recovery at the beginning of 2010, the first companies have meanwhile begun once again to invest in new machines and plants. The Russian concrete and precast industry has recovered; it is growing again and pre - paring for the new requirements in the future. Thus the ICCX Russia – the event that has established itself in recent years as the leading event for the Russian concrete and precast industry – takes place once again at precisely the right time at the end of 2010.
