On May 10, 2007, Basalite Concrete Products, LLC celebrated the grand opening of its newest factory in Carson City, NV. Basalite chose Carson City as the location for its newest plant because from there, it can serve the vibrant markets in both northern Nevada and California. The factory is state-of-the-art and designed to produce manufactured concrete products, using equipment from Tiger Machine of Okayama, Japan, Standley Batch of Cape Girardeau, MO, and Kraft Energy Systems of Fort Worth, TX.
