Following the recent bauma fair in Munich, the American organization PCI (Precast & Prestress Concrete Institute, Chicago, IL) held their annual trek abroad known as TechnoQuest (TQ). This year the group traveled to the Paris area to meet, share ideas, and visit local precast and prestress plants to glean ideas and practices used there, and to visit firsthand with the management of these French precast & prestress facilities.
