On-site supply of 8,400 m3 concrete for the foundation of the highest residential building in San Diego, "Electra", presented a challenge from both the organisational and logistics points of view. The owner of the building, Bosa Development, San Diego, the concrete supplier Newway Structures, Inc., San Diego, and also representatives of Western needed six months just to find an effective and low-cost solution for laying the foundation concrete.
