Favre Betonwaren AG is located in the Swiss canton of Solothurn. The company produces noise barrier elements, pipes and manholes at its works in the town of Däniken. Since the existing machine for pipe and manhole production had become rather long in the tooth, the management of Favre Betonwaren AG began looking for a new production plant last year. A powerful plant was sought which, on the one hand, would take up little room due to the limited available space and, on the other, could produce all Swiss standard products in a large quantities. The company found what it was looking for in the Atlantic fully automatic manhole and pipe making machine by the German company BFS Betonfertigteilsysteme GmbH from Blaubeuren.
