A memorandum of cooperation (MoC) was signed by the Fédération internationale du béton (fib) / International Federation for Structural Concrete and the Réunion Internationale des laboratoires et experts des matériaux, systèmes de construction et ouvrages (RILEM) / International Union of Laboratories and Experts in Construction Materials, Systems and Structures.
