The coexistence of national and European regulations for concrete protection and repair products ended on 1st January 2009. From this date on, CE marking in accordance with the harmonised European standard DIN EN 1504 is compulsory for these products. The manufacturers of concrete repair products who are members of the Deutsche Bauchemie e.V. will continue to guarantee the high quality standards of their raw materials, processes and products after the end of the coexistence phase. Products with this cross-national CE mark will satisfy both the high German quality standards and the goal of coalescent and uniform markets in Europe.
