The Röser GmbH group of companies is a steel reinforced precast concrete manufacturer in southern Germany producing and supplying the precast elements required for constructing drainage systems. Managing Director Maximilian Röser decided to invest in 3D concrete printing technology in 2020. This gave rise to the Röser IV GmbH company with its precast production facility for large-format, printed concrete components. The aim is to simplify and optimise outdated, physically demanding and, as a result, time-consuming, cost-intensive manufacturing processes. The 3D concrete printing process can facilitate the development of new markets as well as the expansion of an existing product range in addition to producing conventional special shapes.
