Finnish concrete element technology innovator Elematic Oyj has acquired the precast concrete business of German company Vollert Anlagenbau GmbH as part of its strategy to transform construction internationally. The new unit, Vollert Precast Solutions, will continue its operations in Germany as part of the Elematic Group.
