Demand for compact transformer substations continues to grow. The strongest driver for this is the expansion of power grids to meet the increasing demand for electric vehicle charging infrastructure and the power supply of data centres. As a result, manufacturers need to further expand their production capacities while also being able to manufacture a growing range of different substation types economically.
