BT innovation expands its systems expertise through the takeover of Avermann

B.T. innovation GmbH, based in Magdeburg, is consistently pursuing its strategic growth path. By establishing the new Avermann Precast Technology GmbH, key business activities of the previous Avermann Betonfertigteiltechnik GmbH & Co. KG are being transferred to a sustainable structure and secured for the long term. In doing so, B.T. innovation GmbH is sending a clear signal for the future of industrialised construction.

Avermann Precast Technology GmbH commenced operations on 1 April 2026 and is continuing the existing activities of the precast concrete technology division at the Osnabrück site as part of the acquisition concept developed by the investor. Customer and supplier relationships will be maintained and further developed strategically. With this strategic move, BT innovation is systematically expanding its technological and industrial expertise and evolving into a comprehensive solutions provider for industrial precast production. This vertical integration of the company expands BT’s existing portfolio to include engineering and plant expertise, enabling a comprehensive view of the complex production processes in the precast concrete industry in future.
