As of October 1, 2011, Ed. Züblin AG, Stuttgart, sells the business activties of its subsidiary Züblin Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH (Züblin MAB) to apilion machines + services GmbH, a subsidiary of AES Advanced Engineering Solutions GmbH, Zurich, Switzerland. Corresponding contracts were agreed by both parties.
