New Nycon, Inc. announced that it has been acquired and officially changed its name to Nycon Corporation and is now affiliated with A.L. Patterson. The name-change and acquisition announcement coincides with Nycon Corporation’s formation and a new license for Nycon-G, the line of eco-friendly concrete and asphalt reinforcing fibers.
