The Muskrat Falls Hydroelectric Generating Facility includes the construction of an 824 MW plant which feeds over 1,000 miles of transmission lines across the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. The project is the second-largest hydroelectric facility in the province and one of the largest roller-compacted concrete (RCC) dams in Canada, with 340,000 yd3 of RCC produced and placed.
