The Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) has hired Cheryl Rishcoff as PCI’s new senior engineer, technical activities. In this role, Rishcoff will provide technical leadership and project management for PCI technical initiatives that develop, maintain, and disseminate the PCI Body of Knowledge, including support for publications, technical sessions, and research programs.
