In this context, BIBM carried out Strategic Exercises to determine the federation’s strategic priorities for the next five years. The federation defined four priorities which, it believes, has strategic importance for the next years to come. By identifying the main goals and key objectives, the workload will be better organised and the representative role of BIBM will become more efficient.
