The development of large-scale infrastructural projects such as Storebaelt and Øresund impacted adversely on the shipping activities of the harbour of Århus, Denmark’s second city. The disused container terminal gives way to the iconic Iceberg €70 million residential building, which will comprise part of a larger renovation project for the docklands.
