On 8th May, Phnom Penh Precast Plants celebrated the opening of its new precast pipe operation which has been incorporated in the existing pole and pile production facility. At the opening ceremony and the ensuing company employees mingled with guests from local and national government and with representatives from the various equipment suppliers. The plant was officially opened by His Excellency Tram Iv Tek, Minister of Public Works and Transport.
