To stand competitive pressure, product diversification under least possible plant upgrades or plant modification is essential. Most of the existing paver/block plants allow for a high degree of flexibility, however, the set-up time in respect to mould change always is the critical factor. This paper presents a possibility of diversification, considering existing plant configurations and lowest possible plant upgrade costs.
