Erich Tönnissen GmbH is a medium-sized construction company based in Kleve in the Lower Rhine region. Columns and wall panels, double tee slabs, girders and special precast structures are realised according to customer specifications in the company's own precast concrete plant. At the end of 2022, the company invested in two additional column moulds, which are designed so that foundations can be moulded directly onto them. Tönnissen also acquired a steel staircase formwork, which also offers the option of directly moulding a stair landing. This equipment was installed and put into operation by Avermann in mid-2023. This enabled Tönnissen to expand its production capacities and shorten production times. Attention was also paid to improving workplace ergonomics and the associated occupational health and safety. The flexible formwork supplied is currently well-utilised and rounds off the family company's product range.
