New, innovative concrete additives for the crystallinewaterproofing of concrete structures

The world’s first and only liquid crystal-forming additives on the market, which rule out the risk of lump formation in the mixture and thus provide for homogeneous concrete qualities. The functional principle of the crystalline waterproofing is as follows: The innovative crystal forming constituents trigger a reaction between existing moisture, the free chalk in the cement and the mineral components of the aggregate. As a result, millions of nano-crystals are formed, which penetrate deeply into the concrete structure and block the flow of water. These nano-crystals fill out the capillary pores of the concrete and thus seal hairline and shrinkage cracks.
