The Besser Vision 3 Automation System provides high precision and reliability for pipe manufacturing using bidirectional and conventional packerhead pipe machines. Vision 3 is the next generation of machine control and features enhanced operation. The freestanding machine supervisor’s console is located on the plant floor near the pipe machine. The console contains a programmable logic controller (PLC) for solid-state electronic control and a color flat panel touch screen PC that controls four high definition Ethernet cameras.
